Blogging and Twitter In-service

I am hosting a Twitter and Blogging in-service next week.  I am very new to Twitter and have just started this blog.  I have been reading and interacting through blogs for several years though.  Anyway, I want to share some of the neat stuff I have found by using these resources.  I have kept quite a few resources I have found along the way, but the biggest thing I have found is that there are a lot of ideas out there beyond my own.  So, readers...if anyone has some Twitter/blogging in-service thoughts and/or resources they are willing to share, that would be awesome!
